FALKE INDUSTRIES LIMITED

FALKE INDUSTRIES LIMITED COMPANY PROFILE
FALKE INDUSTRIES LIMITED with registration number RC 484194 was established in 2003 with the main objective of processing and extraction of crude oil and cake from oilseeds. FIL started business with a mechanical press (extruder) of 12 tons per day (TPD) crushing all oilseeds (groundnuts, cottonseed and soybean). By 2009, the promoters felt the compelling need to enhance oil extraction efficiency and therefore acquired a solvent extraction plant (SEP) which was assembled under the leadership of Indian technical experts who were understudied by local engineers, technicians and artisans.
This foregoing approach not only ensured cost effectiveness in the building of the solvent plant it also facilitated the transfer of technical knowhow and building of competence of her technical labour such that FIL can cope with production challenges and departure of personnel. The SEP was initially at 60 TPD installed capacity but was increased by 67% to 100 TPD.
With the increased mastery of agro-processing, FIL acquired another 150 TPD SEP from Sharna Farms at Kilometer 38, Abuja-Keffi Expressway. The new plant has been upgraded to 190 metric tons per day. With this acquisition, Falke currently has an aggregate of 290 TPD or 75,000 TPY.
For forward integration along the value chain, FIL acquired a 150 TPD Oil refinery in 2016 and built a 12 TPD Feed Mill. FIL has been accorded awards from notable institutions amongst whom is Business Day Newsday award 2018, etc. FIL is registered with Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), Nigeria Export Promotion Council (NEPC) and Oil Seeds Processors of Nigeria (OSPAN).
